One unintended side benefit of the Libyan crisis was it forced me to be more IT savvy. IT facilitated decision-making (information) and expedited execution (communication). So, I found a new career as page administrator of the community page “Albay’s Assistance to OFWs in Libya”. I feel relieved- it has helped 52 out of 66 to return safely as of yesterday.
